Millions of vacationers visit Florida every year to enjoy the climate, the resorts along the coasts, and many other attractions. Florida has broadened its economic activities to include its tourist industry.
One never runs out of things to do in Florida. There are many resorts boasting with modern amenities. The golf courses are very enticing to those who love the sport. The sun shines bright on this part of the world, and beach bums troop to Florida to get a tan. The beaches here are renowned from around the globe.

Naples City is located in Collier County and hosts 80 championship golf courses and best known as the ”Golf Capital of the World.” It is blessed with a perfect climate to best enjoy playing golf.
Naples also has wildlife, national parks, and forests for a nature trip. Go downtown and you will find the commercial on this side of Florida. There are antique shops, museums, exhibits, galleries and commercial centers. The shopping district is a haven of upscale brands like Gucci, Lacoste, and Tiffany & Co.
Lely Resort and Golf Country Club occupy 2,900 acres for its 54 hole golf resort. There is no hotel in this resort, just an area of vacation homes and condominiums. This resort is subdivided into two semi private courses namely Flamingo Island and the Mustang. Flamingo Island is an 18 hole course that features 7,171 yards of longest tees for a par of 72 and with a slope of 135.
It was opened in 1991 and still managed by the American Golf Corporation. The Mustang course is longer with 7,217 yards and a tougher slope of 141 than its Flamingo. There are 57 lakes for guests to fish in if they are not into golf and 15 miles of sidewalks to bike, run or walk at Lely.
Orlando is the most famous city in Florida if only because of Walt Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. Walt Disney World is a vast recreational center and Florida’s main tourist attraction. As many as 20,000,000 people visit it every year. It covers 47 square miles and is the world’s largest tourist attraction.
Disney World include 4 theme parks namely Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom; 2 water parks which are Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon; Pleasure Island which is a night club; golf courses and campground; and over 20 Walt Disney World Resort Hotels to choose from.
Disney definitely could be one’s favorite place in the world. Once you’re there, you’ll find constant smiles on everyone’s faces. It is the place for the whole family to have fun together and the place to set your unforgettable experience. A holiday to Walt Disney World is worth every penny.
Miami has its own unique beauty that spices up the whole of Florida. It is a well known resort city situated on Biscayne Bay, an arm of the Atlantic Ocean, near the southern tip of Florida. It is noted for winter sunshine, sports, and large hotels along palm fringed beaches.
