You just never know what can happen at anytime while you are on holiday, and one of the best ways that you can thwart a potential travel nightmare is by purchasing travel insurance.

• Missing out altogether- If your transport is delayed or cancelled, it may mean missing out completely on that tour, sporting event or even wedding that was the whole purpose of your trip.
