Knowing what needs to be done can help you to relieve a lot of stress because you will not be spending time trying to remember what you wanted to do that day. It will help you to feel like you have a plan and know what to expect throughout the day which makes life less hectic.
Do not be afraid to ask for help. Even if you were always the person who would take care of a particular task, ask someone else to take care of it for you when you become overwhelmed. It will give them the chance to learn what it is that you do and give you a minute to regroup.
