Blackjack is the most popular casino game in the world. It’s a game of chance and the controversial skill of counting cards that offers huge returns. It was first played in France around 1700 and became popular in the USA in the 1800s. It is now played throughout the world where gambling is allowed and can make or break someone. It is called Blackjack because a player gets an additional payout if he/she gets the Jack of Spades and the Ace of Spades as the first two cards.

The dealer has one card face up and the other face down. If the player’s cards sum up to more than that of the dealer, then there’s a payout. On the other hand, if the dealer’s card sum up to more than that of the player, the player loses. Then there’s a double chance of winning. The important thing to remember is that one shouldn’t go above 21 and bust. Of course, an additional payout is awarded if anyone gets a Jack and Ace combination. And as mentioned above, if the first two cards are the Jack and Ace of Spades, then it’s the perfect combination and is called a Blackjack.
