The greatest blessing a person can have is his children and not that fat check he gets every month nor the flashy car he drives. If not everybody, majority of parents are always not home and often times they are gone for an out of town meeting or conference in a week or two. Who is left with the children? -The nanny. Have you asked yourself if the individual being left with your children is really dependable? How many days or years have you known her? Do you really know her that well that you trust her with the lives of your kids? There have been a lot of reports about abuse physically cause by nannies to the kids they are looking after as well as verbal abuse and threats. Always remember that children can easily be intimidated. If both parents are working and are constantly away from home, it would be best that you ask for a reference, and talk to previous employers before hiring the nanny. This way, you are ensured that you are getting the right nanny. In hiring the best nanny, no matter how careful you are, there are still circumstances when a nanny will do something wrong with the children. So, what can you do about this? So that one of you can look after the children, leaving your job may be the best option but this is very hard because there are bills to pay every month. And if your spouse does not earn that much to cover every single expense that your family needs then you have to hold on to that job. To make sure that your kids are in safe hands with a good nanny, install security surveillance cameras in your home is the one thing that you can do.
