Natural Cures For Nail Fungus 4 Effective Natural Remedies

Some patients argue that the natural cures for nail fungus represent a far safer option than the pills recommended by conventional clinicians. Of course the health system is primarily based on patient choices. Therefore people that are striving for organic medical solutions cannot be held back by conventional wisdom or myopia.

There are some medications that are available upon prescription but some patients do not trust their safety. In fact many of these medications cause serious side effects to the patient. The treatment of those side effects might not be worth all the praise that is heaped on the treatment in the first place.

4 Effective Natural Cures For Nail Fungus

1. Futspa Nail Drops

These create a rather inexpensive solution to a chronic condition. Although the name suggests that they are a synthetic product, the reality is that they are made from natural ingredients. They are also relatively cheap, which is always a bonus for families trying to get through the recession. The success of the oil is that it is a combination of lavender, tea tree and thyme. This creates a potent solution that borrows from many of the theories that have previously been advanced for the treatment of this condition. The solution is manufactured in a form which is convenient for clients who may be embarrassed about the state of their nails.

2. Citrus Fruit Juices

The famous acidity of citrus fruits can be used to fight the ravages of fungus. Some natural cures for nail fungus borrow from the traditional methods of dealing with fungal cultures. Concentrated lemon juice is one of those solutions. It creates living conditions that are too extreme for must fungal pathogens. As a result the nails will gradually return to health. The manipulation of a PH level is not known to create side effects which are harmful to the patient. There are few things that are as natural as lemon juice. There is absolutely no need to add any synthetic elements.

3. Saline Solutions

Some people argue that saline solutions will create hostile living conditions for the fungal infections. Therefore a patient that regularly soaks their feet in salty solutions will be able to fight off the fungus whereas patients that do not have this opportunity are left to rely on strong medication. Salt is a rather controversial solution given the high levels of Chlorine in swimming water. That does not seem to prevent transmission at the local leisure centre.

4. Commercial Products

Although these are not strictly organic, there are patients who rely on them because they do not have negative side effects. Listerine mouthwash is really meant for oral use but some experimental patients have been able to reduce the incidence of fungal infections through topical application. Of course professional clinicians will be reluctant to recommend the blatant abuse of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. However a quick look at the active ingredients in Listerine mouthwash will indicate that these are substances that are very unfriendly to fungal pathogens. Therefore patients are right to look at those solutions as natural cures for nail fungus.
