Did you ever wonder what the difference is between a psychic and a medium? Well there is indeed a difference and it is important to distinguish between the two. A person can indeed be both as you need to be psychic first of all to develop or possess the advanced skill of mediumship, but many psychics are simply psychic and do not have mediumship skills or if they do it is only a fleeting link and not enough to substantiate the name of psychic medium. A psychic has abilities on a physical level, they can read an aura and gain knowledge about a persons past or present experiences and to a degree predict future outcomes. Physical mediumship is very specialsed and concerns the use of ectoplasm which is used for spirits to manifest either themselves or move apparatus around as evidence of their presence. Mediums will have a conscious agreement with the spirit world entities or their own spirit guides to channel messages from them.
A person can be a medium and a psychic at the same time. Mediumship is a higher form of communication and works at a higher vibratory level. If you imagine a radar scanning around a mediums head, using this they pick up finer frequencies that the spirit world exist within. Physical mediumship is one of the hardest and highest forms of mediumship as it offers the best form of proof of survival due to the spirit form entering the aura of the medium and using the mediums physical energies to appear in solid viewable form in the recognizable way the spirit once existed in the flesh on the earth plain.
Mediumship is more advanced than a psychic as it connects two worlds which are the physical as well as the spirit realms. A psychic can read someone but that is not the same as giving advice and evidence from the spirit side where those once living reside.
