In addition, read something when you are in bed because this is a very good way for you to have something to feed your mind with and as well as help you fall to slumber in no time. Avoid having a television in your bedroom or you might be tempted to watch even during bedtime. Clear your mind before you sleep, pray, and meditate to help ease those heavy burdens that you feel inside. Have a regular sleeping time and if you can, avoid taking a nap in the afternoon.
