Creation of database design requires stepwise procedures for its complete development and designing.
The first step is determining the data to be used in database designing. Although this procedure might seem little simpler but every step of it is extremely important in order to get the intended outcome. The data has to be exactly what is required by the database model else all your workings will be futile. One type of data group is associated with some other data group in a proper logical format. Such data relationships gives way to its presentation in a format useful to the end user.
Third step in database designing is creation and installation of a perfect control system for the data. Here programming of the data is done for its storage, sorting, editing and combining it with other data. Data control should be practiced till certain degree that it can be used easily and is user-friendly.
