Man is a rational being, it surpasses everything because of its intelligence. Thus what man lacks, it compensates with the use of tools, giving man a technological advantage. Even in social aspects, man developed this “tools” to suffice with its social need, discussing the example of cover letters as means of the so called “social tools”. This enables man to amplify the emotion, giving it the momentum to provide the emotional needs that man never stops looking for.
When you want to fix something, because you know how to fix it, knowing that you have a set of tools to get the job done makes you feel good about fixing something. For example, having a screwdriver to unscrew and screw things and stuff and have a look at what’s inside the appliances that you are fixing, or a chainsaw to cut those stubborn and thick branches that makes your house look creepy. These are what separate us from other species; we find ways, though we are not big in size like the dinosaurs or mammoths, or fierce like lions and tigers, we have made tools to compensate with it, and as time goes on technology is the ultimate form of the tools we are using every single day.

Yet as cunning as we are, we are bounded by emotions, and from emotions spring our passion. Is it possible that man’s emotional hunger could be help by such tools? No. yet we developed art, this was the solution we were looking for to bring out something that can never be seen. A form of expression like the ones we always say. These arts vary from the emotional things we need to suffice visual art or even written art. In addition, the written art such as poetry are of very popular use nowadays. It amplifies the magnitude of a certain situation, which at times, we are very obliged to meet. What am I talking about? Well, I simply like to point out an example of cover letters. Moreover, how it is used in a situation, for us to get a clearer picture of things. I wish to discuss about… a marriage proposal. Like a song, that has an introduction, and like any other things, that needs introduction, marriage proposal often times has an introduction in the form of cover letters.
An example of cover letters is put to good use, because, we weren’t born outspoken we need to make up with written language, don’t get me wrong, body language is pretty cool, but we wouldn’t want any wrong interpretations when we are about to make a marriage proposal do we? We read these examples of cover letters to dish out what we want to say, and present the ring and pop the golden question. Simple? Yes, it seemed that simple, because we used cover letters. Like the never ending invention of tools that help our daily living. This example of cover letters that we might be using, aware or not, are somewhat tools in a different point of view.
