Probably the favourite season of the year for most of people is spring because it becomes warmer, everything around blooms and the sun shines brightly. But there're people who're afraid of each coming spring. They can't even open the windows of their houses to let the warm spring air come in or to say more, some of them prefer to stay at home all days long. Do you also belong to these people and start sneezing and get the sniffles each time you go out? Or what is even worse you're tired to fight against these symptoms all year around trying to keep away any dust or pet.
Even in the contemporary world, the problem of allergies has become extremely acute. Usually, allergies are hereditary, and if your parents of grandparents have them you're likely to have them as well. There's a much higher chance to suffer from allergies if your mother suffers from them already.

It's a well-known fact that a child gets allergies at a very early age. They are usually manifested in the forms of eczema, atopic dermatitis, or food allergies. Approximately 10-20% of all children have these sorts of illnesses at an early age. And it's known that allergies begin when the child is between two and six months of age. In fact, allergies may catch people of all ages but they are more common among children. When a kid gets older atopic dermatitis begins leaving the child as well as food allergies. But if a child still has atopic dermatitis he or she is at risk of getting allergic rhinitis and asthma. These illnesses defeat child's health already either in the school age, or in teenage young adult years, and tend to be present throughout an individual's life.
An allergy happens when the human immune system has an abnormal reaction to different things including foods, animals, dust, plants, insects, jewelry, etc. in fact, the immune system in this way protects a person from different diseases by letting away such germs as bacteria or viruses. And if an individual suffers from different kinds of allergies, the immune system as if overreacts fighting such things as dust, foods, grass, flowers, etc. The latter cause such reactions as rashes, sneezing, runny nose, itching, etc.
According to the statistic data, the greater number of people suffering from allergies in the mature age have suffered from these or other sorts of allergies when they were children. Sometimes some people just don't remember this fact. In many cases children's allergies tend to fade away during their adolescent years, but unfortunately they can come back later. Today more than 50 million Americans suffer from allergies. Many people suffer from seasonal allergies, while others are allergic to medications and foods all year round. Thus, seasonal allergies have the following symptoms: headache, a clear runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes, etc. Some people experience more serious reactions including red itchy rashes, hives, and hard time breathing. There're numerous reasons of allergies including mold, dust, pollen, pollution, pet dander, and smoke. Medications and foods can also cause allergic reactions which are usually more harsh.
