How Can You FindFree MLM Leads?
Article Marketing
You can write, right? One free method that can serve as a lasting source of prospects is article marketing. These are three of the key points to consider when tackling this method.
1. What keywords will your article be targeting (what is your article going to be about)?
2. Where are you going to host your content?
3. How do you plan to spread copies of your article all over the web?
Effective article marketing takes more than just putting up an article on a random subject and hoping for the best. Be sure you have answers to the questions above to ensure you are getting the most out of the time you exhaust writing.
Video Marketing
Videos can be an tremendously effective means of promoting your online business, but just like article marketing, if you don't know what you're doing before you get started, you'll just be wasting your time. There's more to video marketing than throwing a couple of videos of yourself up on YouTube and hoping people find them - but thats exactly how lots of marketers approach this strategy. If this is what you're doing, or planning to do, you're leaving some huge cash behind!
Forum Marketing
Online forums are a great place to develop prospects from one of the best niches possible - other network marketers. That being said, the absolute last thing you want to do on a forum is start pitching your online business - no one wants to hear it and it won't get you anywhere fast.
Keep this principal rules of thumb at heart when using forums as a marketing strategy:
1. Don't try to sell people on your online business opportunity.
2. Fill out our profile. Show that you're a real person, and not just someone trying to make sales.
3. Don't forget to upload an image.
4. Take some time to add to the conversation.
5. Never put affiliate or capture page links in your posts - these belong in your signature ONLY.
6. Use the links in your signature to send people to personally branded websites (blogs or capture pages). They're clicking the link because they have an interest in YOU as a person, so you should definitely deliver on that.
7. Be consistent and be patient.
8. Be sure you're joining forums that have a lot of traffic with active members. This ensures you have a bigger audience to interact with.
Social Media Marketing
Social media is HUGE. Sites like Twitter and Facebook (and several others) can offer substantial leads for your business, if you go about it the appropriate way. No surprise here: Don't pitch your opportunity!
Try to think of your online relations the same way you would visualize face to face introductions. How would you react if the first time you met someone, say at a party, they introduced themselves and followed up with "So, you want to learn how to make a ton of money from home?" I'm guessing you'd try to find a way out of that conversation in a hurry.
So, why do people do this on social media sites? Meet people, build relationships with them and again, provide value. Your friends will begin to view you as a leader and will seek out whatever opportunity you have to offer when the time is right. Again: no links to generic company websites in your profile here!
These three methods should be enough to get you started! A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. These tactics can take time, so be patient and be consistent.
2. Attempting to master multiple marketing strategies at the same time can be stressful and exhausting, so get good at one method at a time, implementing the others gradually as you develop each skill.
Trying to become a master at all of these different strategies would be enough to burn anyone out. Things will go much more smoothly if you tackle one method at a time and gradually expand your marketing arsenal.
