The modernization of human living created a new era of technology. As per product of man's endless struggle for knowledge; a combination of information gathering and systematic processing at high speed and accuracy through the aid of modern telecommunications and computing brought forth the IT industry. ITIL Certification plays vital role in maintaining and establishing standards to be followed by any individual who wants to participate the competitive and ever expanding industry.

Today IT Infrastructure Library known as ITIL is maintained by the OGC stands for Office of Government Commerce. Originally, OGC was named as CCTA or Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency. OGC sets comprehensive standards for all IT-related service and practice. Take note that upon taking any of the following exams it is recommended to possess sufficient knowledge and experience in some ITIL areas to fully understand how it works or otherwise examination might be very hard and stressful.

Having and understandingall the basics of ITIL terms, concepts, terminologies and processes in connection to various ITIL Processes is the first level of ITIL Certification called the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management or the ITIL Foundation Certificate.In the areas like Control and Release, Agree and Define and Restore and Support, practical knowledge in such field will be certified by the second level certification called the Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management or the ITIL Practitioner Certificate. The third and the highest level of ITIL Certification is the ITIL Service Manager Certification. It is the proof of possessing the highest level of skills in practice, experience and theory of ITIL with unparalleled negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
