Over the years, Freedom's Door has successfully organized a number of fundraising activities in order to meet their
growing needs in the Okanagan Valley. Through participating in their fundraising dinners, you are making a difference and supporting Freedom's Door to assist those men who want to recover from alcohol, drug and substance abuse.
Year after year, men who are looking for the hope of a better life, free from addiction, turn to Freedoms Door to be able to recover from their drug and alcohol addiction difficulties.

In order to successfully carry on their humanitarian work, they need you to give generously to Freedom's Door fundraising dinner on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Kelowna Gospel Fellowship Church, and also they will be having another dinner on Thursday, November 17, 2011 in West Kelowna at Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School.
The goal for these dinners would be to make people aware of the work being done by Freedom's Door and to raise funds for the continuing expansion and improvements to their non-profit organization.
In the spring of 2011, the annual fundraising dinner raised many dollars needed! They want to thank all their donors for the assistance at Freedom's Door in it's fight to defeat drug and alcohol addiction. The funds raised for programs and services that not only improve and benefit the lives of these people but it has huge rippling effects. Families and communities are also affected by the affirmative outcomes associated with drug rehabilitation.

A little information about Freedoms Door.
Freedom's Door is in Kelowna offering Hope, Healing and Wholeness for Men with Addictions.
Freedom's Door is a non-profit registered society that makes use of the Twelve Step program and Christian principles to rehabilitate men struggling with alcoholism and substance abuse in the Okanagan Valley as well as Kelowna, BC area.
The Freedoms Door program provides men the strength and faith they desire to overcome their destructive addictions and enables them to find a stable, fulfilling future as positive, contributing members of modern society. During the program, participants reside in one of the four safe, clean, encouraging homes managed by Freedom's Door.
Their mission is to help recovering addicts discover freedom under God to grow in His likeness and image.
Addiction is not really a hopeless condition from which there is no recovery. Freedom's Door believe that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the actual desire to use, and find a different way to live.
