Nowadays, there's a great demand for different power tools for the usage in the conventional products, in addition people deeply need cordless drills products. The annual production and sales accounted approximately 35% of electric tools in China. Major sizes are 4,6,8,10,13,16,19,23,32,38,49 mm drill and so on which were mostly produced from a tensile strength of steel on the 390N/mm2 diameter drill holes. Some of them were made of non-ferrous metals, plastics and other materials with the original diameter of the largest drilling big size of 30 ~ 50%.

So, how does a cordless drill function? Generally, a cordless drill functions by rotating magnetic or electromagnetic reciprocating small-capacity motor. It works to do cutting operation of the magnetic field, via the transmission-driven operation device. It's recommended to turn the gear wheel in order to increase the power drill. With such a great speed you'll be able to shave the surface properly, as the drill will better rip through objects.

Let's remember some facts from the history of drills. In fact, the birth of the world's power tools drill product took place somewhere in 1895, when the German Fein company has produced the world's first DC-drilling. The latter sets the weight of 14 kg drill, the casing is made of cast iron. This device could only drill a 4 mm hole on a steel plate. Generally, this electric drill had three-phase power frequency (50Hz), but the motor speed failed to break through 3000r/min.

Later, in 1914, a single-phase series excited motor-driven drill and the motor speed reached more than 10000r/min. And in 1927, the power supply frequency was developed to 150 ~ 200Hz IF drill, both with single-phase series excited motor high speed advantages. The drill had also three-phase power frequency of electric motor structure. This was really a great benefit, but this electric drill required the usage of the IF current electricity, when its use was generally restricted.

Approximately during for sixty years people have been using nickel-cadmium batteries for power supply without power cord the battery-type drill. And to the mid-to late 70s, people experienced the decrease of prices for the batteries, their charging time was significantly shortened. Consequently, the usage of drills has quickly spread across Europe, Japan, and the United States. Electric drills were used to make the first cast iron shell. They were also in usage aluminum for housing. During the last sixty years, thermoplastic engineering plastics gain its usage in the drill devices, and the mankind received a double insulated drill.

So, approximately sixty years ago an electronic speed drill was designed. This drill included such components as a thyristor that composed the electronic circuits used to switch press the button. It could be pressed into the depth to choose the necessary speed. So, pay attention to different types of drills, materials from which they are made and the hole diameter it can drill. In fact, the speed of the drill depends on its type and quality.
