I'm not denying that there are some great strategies out there, but if you never commit to one and do it consistently, none of them will ever work.
Compare marketing to dieting. If you were to start this great new diet where you couldn't eat any red meat, and then next week you started a diet where you had to eat lots of red meat, and then the week after, you couldn't eat any meat and so on...
Your body would be completely confused and you wouldn't really be making any long term changes. You may lose a pound or two here or there, but you wouldn't be able to keep bouncing around like this from diet to diet.
Instead of jumping from option to option, barely making any real progress, you'd need to choose some fundamental changes in your life and stick with them until they started bringing results. Every time you move on to something new you are effectively starting from scratch.
The exact same process unfolds with people searching for the best internet marketing strategy. You can't decide this week you like PPC, and then when you don't get the results you desire, jump into article marketing. Then, you decide that isn't working and you jump into social media marketing.
Starting a new method might generate some results in the beginning, and if so, GREAT! Stick with it and be consistent. Don't throw up your hands if thing don't skyrocket right away. This is why there is no magic strategy out there that works for everyone.
Just like we all have different dietary needs and desires, we all have varying comfort levels and passions for different marketing strategies.
The real strategy here is to find marketing method that you are comfortable with and get really good at it. Implement that strategy into your business consistently and the result will pour in.
