In India, education is not considered as one of the important aspects of life till the time of Independence. The literacy rate, at the time of independence is approximately 10% only. Few literate people of that time take full advantage of their knowledge and make the fool of illiterate people. Post Independence, Indian government has taken so many steps to improve the educational disparity in the country. Indian Government has opened thousands of schools across the country to make the people of India educated. These schools are later known as government schools or public schools. Government has also encouraged people of India to take admissions in schools and actively support the educational campaign of the Government. Keeping in mind the increase in awareness of Indians towards education and population, big firms and trusts opened schools in various parts of India. The schools which are owned by the various bodies other than government are known as private schools.
Earlier, private sector schools are less in number than the public sector schools. But today, private sector schools are far more successful and provide better services than the later. People now prefer private schools to educate their child just because of the facilities and quality of education, these schools are providing to its students. Private schools have changed a lot as per the global requirements whereas the public schools haven't changed and lacked behind. There is much difference in the educational services of public and private schools. The private schools are more dedicated and focused in making the children educated and cultured. These schools charge fee which is many times than that of charged by public schools. But, the charges are worth when you see the services of the private schools. The infrastructure and facilities of private schools are far better than the public schools.

They always think to provide the best to student's future and give them the best knowledge they have. On the other hand, teachers in public schools are not much concerned about the child's career. They are getting better salaries than private school teachers but they do not have that attitude towards teaching that a private school teacher have. The public schools in the small cities or in backward areas have more awful condition. The teachers of these areas are not regular at their work and sometimes, they do not even bother to take classes for many days. But exceptions can be anywhere, so before admitting your child, collect proper information about the school. It is like you are playing with yours child future if you are admitting you ward in public schools. Admit your ward in the best school in your city and secure your child's future.
