People experienced in marketing would know that graphics would be important for people to deliver the message of promotion effectively. On the other hand, people experienced in operating business would know that direct mail could successfully help the business to reach the target customers. If a business owner could know the way to market the products through direct mail which contains graphics, it would be the best and it would surely allow the business to operate with a profitable amount of money.
Some people would think that using graphics is simple and they would try to arrange the design of the mail by them. However, they would sometimes find that even though they managed to send a lot of mails, the successful return from the mail is poor and sometimes they could not get a business from the direct mail. This is because the truth is that graphics should be used wisely and correctly in order to generate good effect of promotion for the business.

And then people would try to employ professional designers to help them arrange the graphics. But the fact is that if the business owners know how the human eyes work with graphics they could surely save the money.
Firstly, human eyes would try to browse through a two-paged mail from the right first but the scanning process would pause at the left side. Therefore, the images or graphics used at the left would be more influential. If you hope to get the attention of the clients better, you are advised to arrange the most important image to the left and deliver the message at the clearest way. This would help you keep the reader to read the whole mail more likely.
Secondly, you might work with the shape of the images. If you read some posters of movies, you might have found that the photos of the starring characters would be in circular form. In fact, this is something with reason. According to plenty of professional research, human eyes would pay more attention to the circular images. Therefore, the use of circular images to promote is something known in the world of marketing and partly in the business world. If you want something interestingly presented to the clients and make them purchase the products or stay with your business, you can consider putting circular images in the direct mail.
Of course, a direct mail should surely have words. But the words should be put well in the mail so that people would not think that the words are crowded. Otherwise, they would surely lose their interests to read the content in your direct mail. Many direct mails would try to separate the words and images and this is actually not good. Graphics and words should be integrated so that people would not think that one page of the mail is interesting while the other page is boring.
Anyway, direct mail could be created easily but the effectiveness of it would be questioned if you do not know the above tips and you would soon find that the effect is low if you do not follow the tips mentioned above.
