If you are a local commercial printer, then probably one of the things that you have observed among your employees is their chronic attitude of having debts and loans. While many local commercial printing companies do not concern themselves with these things because after all, it is a personal matter to have debts. But some managers or owners are concerned because they, too, are affected with their workers' poor performance because of their many debts.
Most print production workers and office staff of a commercial printing company are paid by their daily wages. This amount is the minimum daily wage that is mandated by the law, so their employers do not owe them money. While their counterparts in the sales department get some percentage for the sales that they bring in to the company, the most extra income that the production people get is from their overtime. While this can accumulate much because most of the time, they do overtime work due to the workload in the press, they are always in lack. And when they spend extra time at work, most employers provide food and transportation allowance if they stay for a certain number of hours in the night. So it's a win-win situation.

But the problem is mismanagement of finances. A lot of them, both men and women, have debts in the neighborhood eatery where they have their lunch and the coffee shop where they have their afternoon coffee and snacks. Some of them also have a drink or two in the bar near the office after work. They have it here because the owners of these businesses know them as employees in the printing press so at least it is assured that these guys have work and can pay them when payday comes.
So when payday comes, most of their salaries go to the payments of their debts. The next day after payday, they will go to their finance officer to get a cash advance because they are already short. Then the cycle continues.
These are not the only places where the employees have debts. Most companies have their own employees' cooperative and they also have loans and debts there in terms of good. And they usually have loans from their Social Security and Housing contributions. Up to the time of their retirement, these guys have loans and debts to pay. It seems that there is never a single day that they do not have debts. And they just keep on complaining that they do not have enough.
But if you talk to them, you will learn that they are living beyond their means. While it is true that they have families, they have more kids than they can provide for. Additionally, their snacks and lunch expenses at work could be reduced if they bring packed food from home or if they do not have buy soda. They can also very well bring their coffee so that they could just use the hot water in the office. But they don't, and they wonder why they are always short.
Some local commercial printers have a problem with their workers who are deep in debt. It is because sometimes they guys could not pay their loans from the office. Or they will be absent when payday comes because creditors will come knocking at the office. Or they will be absent because they are taking in extra jobs. It is a pity but that is a problem that a local commercial printer contends with.
