Juice Fasting, as the name says, is a kind of diet which includes use of juices only. The juices are extracted from fruits and vegetables. As juices contain just carbohydrates, it can be absorbed easily with a little of energy involved. Juice Fasting aids to easily flush out the toxins accumulated in our body and this can be improved further by including enema or laxative together with it. This grouping assists to cleanse our gastrointestinal tract and thus guards us against different health troubles. It not only purifies out body but also makes us feel active and vigorous.
Generally the juices are extracted from the fruits like grapes or citrus, and juices from vegetables like broccoli, spinach, carrots and garlic are mostly used.

Yet it is advisable to stop the juice fasting if some of the above detailed difficulties appear. Women who are pregnant must never go in for juice fasting. People who have diabetes, chronic illness must evade juice fasting. You may also feel heartburn because of intake of citrus fruit juices or a vegetable juice like tomato juice which might lead to an upset stomach further detoriating the condition and causing stomach ulcers. On a juice fast where you are refrained to consume solid food, may result in vitamin deficiency and a under fed body, which results in bad health and a feeble immune system. Because of all this, your opposition to diseases might become low or weak and hence you may have several health troubles. Therefore it is wise to analyze all the benefits and the disadvantages involved in juice diet and it is sternly advised to talk to your doctor before deciding juice fasting
