At times, Relationship between Lovers may be under severe pressure. Such times are really painful and may interrupt one’s ability to perform his/ her day to day activities. It may also lead to psychological factors such as Stress and Depression. First the person should identify the real cause that broke the Relationship. Studies show that many a times, it is a petty problem that bursts out being a big problem. Hence it is advisable to resolve issues when it is relatively small.

Lovers should understand each other and always share true information. Lies can lead to break-up in future point of time in their Life. If you have any secrets, it is better to disclose it in the initial stages itself. Sharing some information may be a matter of serious concern, but a true lover would always expect his/ her partner to be honest with him/ her.

Some of the leading causes that lead to Relationship break-up can be listed as:

1. Ego problem/ Difference of opinion.
2. Extra-marital affairs.
3. Being dishonest.
4. Financial factors.

Relationship break ups can be resolved by mutual understanding and resolving the issues in a positive way. Some of the factors that can aid in resolving Relationship issues are as follows:

Tender Apologies

We all as a human being commit mistakes at one or other point of our life. To err is human and it applies to Lovers as well. Accept your mistakes and apologize to your partner. But never keep this as a habit as your partner may lose confidence on you.

Forgiveness is great

As per the familiar quote by Paul Boese “Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future”, lovers can resolve their Relationship issues by forgiving the mistakes of each other. When your partner earnestly feels Sorry for his act, forgive him/ her rather than exaggerating the issue.

Build Confidence

Before resolving any Relationship issue, make sure you are confident enough to resolve it. If you are not confident, the results may not be satisfactory. Confidence leads to a healthy and strong Relationship.

Speak out

Take some time and speak out with your partner to rebuild the Relationship. Many issues can be resolved if spoken out. Partners can find out the real issue for the clash and should try to rectify it. When the partner is not ready to listen to you, give some time. Time and Patience are the essential factors that can lead one to success. Giving some time paves the way to calm the mind of the affected partner.

Meet a Counselor

When you are unable to resolve the Relationship issues by yourselves, try to consult a Relationship Therapist. A Relationship Therapist is a professional who can identify the issues between you and your partner, and provide ideal solutions. Meeting a Counselor will help to prevent complications such as divorce or permanent break-up.

As a human being, our life is filled with happy and sad moments. Understanding this fact, lovers should be ready to overcome the pitfalls in their Relationship and strive to make a long term and happy Relationship.
