If Your Ears are Ringing This Will Significantly Improve Your Chances of Curing Tinnitus

So your ears are ringing and you want to eliminate your tinnitus as fast as you can? First, you need to know that very few sufferers ever get full relief from their tinnitus. And maybe you've already tried some or all of the usual mainstream treatments like drugs, maskers, etc., and found them wanting? But don't despair because, by taking responsibility for your own health, you can join the ranks of those who do achieve their goal of eliminating tinnitus.

Let's get one thing out of the way first...

You will hear several ways of describing your condition, e.g. ears ringing, ringing in ears, buzzing ears, etc., but they all mean the same thing; tinnitus. And I'll use the whole range of them in this report. Just remember that they refer to tinnitus, the medical term for ringing in the ears.

Now, if your ears are ringing, then it is a sign that you have an underlying problem that is causing the ringing. You see, tinnitus is not an illness or disease etc., in itself, it is in fact just the 'symptom' of some other problem that you have, usually in your ear, head or neck. Now this notion is important to get to grips with because, only by understanding this, can you understand how to treat and stop your ears ringing. In other words you can't 'treat' the tinnitus, you have to treat the underlying cause.

But unfortunately, the cause of tinnitus in 43% of people in a study couldn't be identified, which is a significant number. It has always been known that it can be very difficult to discover the root cause, this just emphasises the point. Which raises the question; 'if we can't identify the cause, how on earth can we treat it and cure the ringing in the ears?'

The answer to that is that we can't! Or, at least, if we follow conventional treatment where we try to find the cause and then match the treatment to the particular cause, we can't.

But, let's now think outside the box...

If we assume that we can't find the cause, then we can't treat it, right? But what if we ignore the fact that we can't pin-down the cause? And just because we can't find the cause at this time doesn't mean to say that the underlying cause doesn't exist, it's just that we haven't found it yet! So, instead of taking a narrow view on this, why don't we take a broader, multi-pronged approach to the treatment?

Now, bearing in mind that we know there is a cause --it's just that we can't find it right now -- and that it has to do with our 'health' in some way, if we take a 'whole-body' approach to our treatment, wouldn't that increase our chances of treating the -- as yet unidentified -- underlying cause of our ringing ears, and therefore considerably increasing our chances of eliminating our tinnitus?

Well, such a treatment option is available to us all, and it's called 'holistic medicine.' Holistic medicine takes a whole-body approach, and combines the physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual aspects of our health.

Let's now see why this is important, by looking briefly at several of the underlying causes of tinnitus...

Typical triggers for ringing ears are; stress / anxiety, poor diet, sinus allergies, high blood pressure, high cholesterol (narrowing of the arteries), poor circulation, ear infections, noise-damaged hearing, age-related hearing loss, thyroid problems, lack of essential vitamins and minerals, etc., certain drug therapy, and so on.

Can you see how they are all health-related and span across nearly all areas of our health and lifestyle? Then you begin to understand why a more holistic approach to your cure must be far more effective than conventional treatment. And this is exactly what more and more people with ringing in the ears are doing, they are taking responsibility for their own health by engaging in a broader, more multi-faceted approach to their cure...
