You have been grocery shopping at Publix for about an hour and you begin to the head toward the check-out line. As you make your way down the aisle, you realize that you forgot to grab some milk. You turn around and quickly head to the milk section and once you get there, without realizing what happened, you fall flat on your back. After about a second, you manage to pick yourself up from off the ground and notice that you slipped and fell because of the milk spilling from one of the cartons in the refrigerator. As you pick yourself up, you hold onto your shopping cart for support with one hand, and hold your lower back with the other.
