The tools are minimized and the options are limited. There is hardly any scope of adding weight to the website. This gets rid of unnecessary images that can add weight to the website and finally increasing the downloading time.
A minimalistic design provides simplicity to the web design. Without the images or visual content the web design may not be as flashy as you wanted it to be. A minimalistic design makes the layout very simple. This makes the navigation very easy. Ease at navigation makes the visitor feel more comfortable and saves his/her time.
If resources are unlimited then creativity is easy, but when the resources are limited, making the website creative is not very easy.
In a minimalistic design whatever space available on the web page is used appropriately in such a way that the page does not look stuffed with information.
One should clear the mind of any doubts about the attractiveness of the minimalistic design. A simple minimalistic design can look very appealing despite being simple.
The use of illustrations that are very light in weight, least of Java Scrip and best use of color schemes can make the minimalistic design simple, attractive and at the same time revenue generating.
Most of the web designers have realized the importance of Minimalistic Design. The effort required for this is less but the creativity and the art of presenting the idea as a website has to be excellent. When the website is simple to understand it usually communicates efficiently and effectively.
