When social media burst onto the scene a few years ago, no one knew what it was, or how to use it. Certainly reputable businesses wouldn’t give it a second thought as far as marketing or actually joining was concerned.

, social media has taken the world by storm and more and more businesses are jumping on the band wagon. You’d be hard pressed to find a major business without a Facebook or Twitter account. Everyone from Comcast to AT
