This part of the persuasive speech is followed by the main body of the persuasive essay.
The main body of the persuasive essay outlines the actual, major points of the speech. The main body should have the major points laid out in an order that creates a connection which is smooth. The points should not be set out discretely, but rather connected by linking statements which establish a connection between the points in the persuasive speech and understandable manner. Persuasive speeches presents contrasting issues and therefore, these speeches should include some solid arguments that can bring out a convincing statement. Firstly, the author of such a speech should present it in a manner that clearly outlines the issue of contention or controversy. dy of the persuasive speech should be followed by the conclusion section. The conclusion section should restate the thesis and the arguments as well. It should offer a brief and concise preview of the whole essay. This should also contain a petition to the listeners to take the side of the speaker after clearly outlining why they should do so. This should also contain a counter refutation for any arguments against the stand of the speaker, but this should be backed with some evidence that substantiates the stand of the points laid out by the persuasive speech.
