Pay Per Click Software

PPC software abundantly available on the market will lead many to believe that operating a PPC campaign is as easy as clicking on an “automated” button. That isn’t the reality.

The main claim of developers of this type of software is that you will be able to automate many of the manual tasks associated with the daily running of a PPC campaign. This might be true, but it isn’t accurate about what it takes to run a successful campaign. No software can perform the tasks that a human can when it comes to the most important aspect of a marketing campaign: constant analysis. Yes, there are tedious, laborious tasks associated with a pay per click campaign, but even these require you to make a judgment call.

For example, you can use the software to research keyword data for you, but some take it a step farther by offering to sort and implement them for you as well. This isn’t exactly a task you want to delegate to a computer software program. Some keywords seem extremely relevant, but they may be way too competitive to bid for, or way too general to be of use to you. You won’t want to invest the time and money into these.

The point is no software is going to know your product or service better than you do. It will find words and phrases that seem appropriate, but without your brain evaluating each of these terms for usefulness, you could be trying to rank for keywords that never bear fruit for your business. This task is even more problematic if you leave finding and ‘long tail’ keywords to a software program. And this is only one of the tasks that PPC software products claim they can take over for you!

At Optimum7, we understand and are competent in the various technical, manual and analytical tasks involved in running a successful PPC campaign. Don’t be fooled by software companies looking to make a fast buck on you. Pay Per Click Software is simply not intuitive or analytical enough to use as a marketing strategy.

Marketing is on its most fundamental level a creative endeavor, which is precisely why a software application cannot be trusted to replace the creative critical thinking, experience, adaptability, analysis and decision making that only a competent marketing professional can provide.

Ever wonder why these PPC software applications come with warnings about when automation can go wrong for you? Even they recognize that they can do more harm than good for your marketing campaign.

Optimum7 can take care of all your PPC campaign tasks. We have intricate knowledge about how to run an effective campaign that will save you time and money, and increase your rate of return on your investment. Since a PPC marketing campaign is a full time, hands on job that requires constant analysis and changes in strategy, if you are looking for an easy solution: let Optimum7 run your campaign for you.
