If you’ve recently gotten a speeding ticket around Houston, then you’re probably wondering where all the traffic clinics are. Online! That’s where they are.
Although traditional classes do exist at locations serving the public, you won’t have to step foot in one. All you’ll need to complete a course online is your driver’s license and your vehicle registration. While you’re taking the course, you will also be asked personal questions that can be independently verified in third-party databases. These measures, along with your documents, will be used to verify your identity, and to make sure that the correct person is taking the course. This also provides a defense against fraud.
At a normal traffic clinic in Houston, you’d have to sit all day to take the test, but online you can break it up as often as you wish. Although, if you can’t seem to stop speeding around Houston, you might as well pay the $25 and get both functions out of it in case you might need it.
