Buying a right suit may be the most important factor to add variety in your wardrobe. For many decades, a suit has been the definitive male uniform, though the style, pattern may change from year to year or even season to season. So, if you are looking for mens suits for this season then consider fabric, pattern and stitching before make decision regarding color, cut and fit.

The four fabrics of choice are certainly wool, flannel, cotton, and linen, but you’ll need to select sensibly according to your local climate and the environment in which you wear a suit. If you are occasional wearer of a suit, then a lightweight wool ensemble is your best year-round choice. If you are a daily wearer, then choose the suit that complements your look. In the winter season, there is simply nothing warmer, more comfortable or more stylish than a well-made flannel suit. Cotton is good option for transitional months, with the added element of easy care and handling. And, a linen suit is simply the best choice for summer. No matter what kind of climate you live in, there are men’s suits for every season.

Next thing to consider is buttons, stitching, pleated and pockets. First, check out the buttons of the suit and decide how many buttons you like—one button suit, two button or three button suit. Are they decorative or operable? If they are operable, then you've find a well-made suit. But, they are only decorative, then the suit could be moderately priced (or lower), but lacks the attention to detail a bespoke suit will offer. Another thing you need to consider is whether you need flat front suit or pleated suit. If you are slim and like fitted suit, flat front can be a right option. And, if you are bit overweight and like loose and comfortable fitting, then pleated suits are definitely your choice.

Other important element is the stitching. A hand-stitched suit may reveal some imperfections while a machine stitch will look accurate and finished properly. What you want, however, is a real stitch—whether it is done by a practiced hand or a machine. Check out the pockets and inner sides of the lapels; and make sure there is no poor workmanship in stitching.

In addition, if you do not know too much about men’s suits, just remember this finer the fabric and cut equal higher prices lower counts equate to lower prices. In other words, the better is the quality of fabric, the finer the weave and delicacy of the suit. So, examine the every aspect of suit to make informed decision and now there are various websites available that provides all necessary information about different types of men’s suits.
