The advantages of digital records are easily identifiable. Of course, as emphasized by numerous studies and essays by American scholars in the field, you can never have an office completely free of paper, because there will always be the need for physical documentation, but the paperless office is a principle that is worth pursuing protecting the environment and labor. Just the organization of work, management of people involved in managing the transition process must depend on the good or bad outcome of this ideal. Encourage the use of digital tools in all areas is definitely a good starting step that can lead to a complete transition in the coming years.
