If you get a traffic ticket in Texas that you would like to have dismissed, an option is to take one of the approved driving courses being offered at hundreds of locations, which can ameliorate your case in traffic court. By law, all traffic courses in Texas must be 6 hours in length, so you will need to be able to devote time to it. Other than that however, it can be a very convenient option. Regardless of the option you choose, you must complete all six hours to be granted the completion certificate you will need to present in court. There are also courses available for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, as well as courses offered in Spanish.
