Want some help in spreading your brochures? Well, you have come to the right guide. I will teach you here how to win with your color brochures by spreading them as far and as wide as possible. No brochure templates will teach you how to do this of course. It takes the right experience and the right testing to really know how to spread the love with your color brochures. So let us start with some basic brochure deployment strategies.

• Brochure racks at key locations in your shop/office – The most basic strategy is of course to distribute brochure racks at key locations in your shop or office. While this is not exactly the “far and wide” we were talking about, this is an essential foundation for your brochure distribution campaign.

Plan on always placing your color brochures near where more people go to in your office or your shop. For the office, the waiting room or lobby is of course the ideal place to put in your custom brochures. Beyond that try to put in brochure racks at places of transit such as the door, maybe some stairs, or even certain shelves that a lot of people go to because of its book section. With brochures at the most ideal places, you can get lots more people seeing and reading your brochures, giving it a great chance of reaching far and wide.

• Brochure racks at key locations in your business area – Beyond your place of business, you can then expand towards your local business area. The roads and walkways near your shop or office are prime areas for hand distributing your brochures like flyers.

Aside from that if possible you can also try to have your brochure racks near other locations in your area. This can be a community area with a waiting room or place, or maybe it can also be a lobby of sorts in a hotel or inn. As long as you get permission and you are not in direct competition with the firm, having brochures spread out in force within your business area should give you a good hold of the local market for your custom brochures.

• Brochure racks at key transportation locations – It is also a good distribution move to place brochure racks at key transportation places. This trick will be the one that really gets your custom brochures far and wide. By having brochure racks in train stations, bus stops and other types of transportation nodes or stops, you can easily get the “travelling” market to take a look at your brochure message. With this, people from different locations will be able to pick up and show your brochures to a lot more people in different places. This adds a lot of dimensions to your brochure distribution efforts getting you a far larger reach at little extra cost.

• Mailing brochures – Lastly, you can also invest in directly mailing your brochures to people. While this is a more labour intensive process, this gives you a more targeted approach to your distribution. By getting a mailing list of the target market that you need, you should be able to mail your brochures far and wide to the people that most matter. With the right mailing list, you should be able to maximize the impact of your color brochures, giving you the best possible chances of success in your brochure printing.

So what are you waiting for? Spread your brochure far and wide! Listen and remember the tips listed above. Good luck with your full color brochures.
