It is cold weather time which means it is sweater time and this season cardigans have really become must haves for every wardrobe. Cardigans give you so many styling options such as the flared look of the flowing cardigan or the tighter fitted cardigan. They also come with long sleeves or short sleeves although predominantly long sleeves. The short sleeve cardigan is a more modern look that is finding its way into more fashion styles and is great for layering, but the long sleeve cardigan will never go out of style. Of course, today’s cardigans are nothing like the bulky cardigans of the 80s with lots of shoulder pads and that classic boxy look. This season you’ll find everyone wearing a mix of loose and tight fitted cardigans, cropped and long, in basic colors or with patterns or embellishments.
