The whole world uses DC/AC power inverter, a device that can take 12, 24 up to 48 volts direct current (DC) electricity and convert it into 120 volt alternating current (AC) electricity. The converted Alternating Current(AC) can be at any required voltage and frequency with the use of suitable transformers, switching, and control circuits. This is normally used in just about every electronic device in the home and these are even available in cars nowadays. You might play a portable video game, or used a GPS to check for the direction or listening to your Ipod and mp3 player. As what have been stated in the first paragraph ,a power inverter converts DC (the power that comes from a car battery) into AC (the type of power supplied to your home and the power that is needed to make the largest electronics devices work.)
All inverters are erected almost the same, most have a standard plug for the outlet and a small connector that spasms into the device that is required to be charged or powered up. The vital part of the transformer is the magnetic coil that converts AC current into DC current. DC also known as galvantic current was the first current used by some electric companies. In DC, electrons flow in only one direction while the positive and negative electron flow of an alternating current is every so often inverted and staggered. Inverting the polarity, permits electricity to pass through a long distance and to be carried in higher voltages.
How does it really works? Within the inverter is a switch that has two motionless meeting point. In the middle of these points is a spring wired moving contact that move back and forth between two points. An electromagnetic force will pull the variable contact towards one of the motionless contacts.
Creating a positive and negative charge on each line is basically the alternating current. The direct current goes inward and through the switch where current is alternating between positive and negative, and converting it to alternating current. This kind of inverter is called a buzzer. This is known as is, because of the buzzing sound it creates. Buzzer inverters works in a similar manner to a display guns and even doorbells.
