All companies compete in their own manner in their respective online marketplaces. Website owners have to work extra and give something different to their customers to grab the market share. Doing that extra mile in making a successful website separates an average performing and successful websites that makes high profits.
The average time a visitor takes to calculate a website whether to stay there or not is 10 seconds. If they like it found lucrative, they would stay otherwise they would visit some other website. So your web design should be such that these things don’t happen with you.
Your website should be able to leave a strong positive impression on the visitors. As people have the tendency to prefer things that leave good impression on their minds at first interaction. Usually the home page of a website is the first page mostly people see when they are looking or any product, service or information. If they find this page is attractive than they would go to the next pages.
Many things have to be taken care of when you want a website to get right. Centre top is the part of a site that is the first thing people are intended to look at when they log on. Thus ask your web designer to make this part informative, attractive and alluring. If you website is into selling of products, than you can put up the image of the highest selling product with the promotional price to enhance its selling.
Keep the information that is needed and to-the-point on your website otherwise extra points would be perceived as clutter. If the visitor has to give too much time in getting clear of unwanted information and reach the necessary ones, then they would simply quit the website. Put in images, texts, links, prices that are clear and layout simple and easy to navigate.
