Having trouble finding just the right toy for your little monkey? Consider primate plush toys. They’re cute, cuddly and often the shape of their body makes them familiar and super snuggly. A monkey, orangutan or gorilla can be the perfect toy for any child.
However, prior to purchasing any plush toy, primates included, there are a few things to consider.

* Be aware and arm yourself with information. Some toymakers have been producing hazardous products that have prompted recalls. Some have even had tragic consequences. Avoid this by researching toymakers and selecting a toy made by a company with a spotless reputation.
* Some plush toys often have plastic eyes that were sewn on, or clothes with buttons. This style of toy is inappropriate for infants and toddlers, as they can pose a choking risk. Any stuffed animals with small parts that can easily be swallowed should be a no go in a household with very young kids.
* Try to find a company that makes machine washable stuffed animals. This will save you time and grief. Time, because you won’t have to stand over the sink trying to get your child’s toy clean by hand. And grief because you won’t have to get rid of your child’s toy before they’re ready as a result of dirt and grime. Having a machine washable toy also gives you the freedom to sanitize the toy if your child is sick, or around other kids who are sick. That helps you maintain a clean, germ-free environment for your child.
One company that provides superior quality, completely safe stuffed animals is Cuddly Pillow
