Should You Choose His and Hers Wedding Favors?

Planning a wedding requires a lot more work than many people realize. If you're looking for the perfect wedding supplies, you may end up looking at dozens of party supply stores just to find what you're looking for. Wedding favors are particularly difficult, since you have to find something that works for both men and women in the party favors section. Party gifts that are gender neutral can be difficult to find, so many people choose to go with his and hers gifts. These wedding accessories can be found online quite easily and allow you to tailor the favors to the gender of the guest.

It's usually best to choose items that will complement each other and personalized favors are always a hit. To make certain that people will keep your favors on hand and not toss them or re-gift, you can choose items that are practical as well as nice to look at. A good example of this would be heart shaped wine stoppers and corkscrews. These are pretty, but they are also so very useful that everyone will keep theirs. You can never have too many corkscrews, after all!

If you can't find any wedding accessories that are suitable as a gender neutral gift, then going with two types of wedding favors is a good idea. You will need to know exactly how many men and how many women will be attending the wedding in order to get the right amount of each type. Many stores that carry wedding supplies have matching sets of favors that can be used.

Kitchen utensils, wine accessories and photo albums or frames are all excellent favors that can be quite feminine or masculine. You will also have the choice of going with non-matching favors. For example, you might want to give women a nice scented candle while the men receive a personalized golf ball. There are hundreds of choices when it comes to neat party gifts for men and for women.

When it comes to wedding supplies, wedding favors can be some of the most stressful decisions to be made about wedding accessories. Choosing the right party gifts for the men and women who will be attending your wedding can be quite a bit easier if you look online for party favors. There is usually quite a bit more selection online because space isn't an issue and since the overhead is non-existent, prices at an online party supply shop are usually considerably lower, too.
