Among the line of DoAll vertical band saws is the 36” manual contour saw, which can cut just about any metal or nonmetal. It can be used for rips, splits, slots, cutting circles, making angle cuts, dimensional cuts, contour-sawed internal cuts, sections and polishing.
The line also includes the 3613-V3 vertical contour band saw, for general-purpose cutting, featuring an inverter drive that has easily adjusted band speeds between 9-98 and 168-1675 m/min. It is equipped with a fixed steel table; the distance between the blade and the column is 915 mm, with a maximum work height of 330 mm.. DoALL’s vertical band saws line also features the 3612-VH contour sawing machine, which can make sawing, filing, and polishing a breeze with the following materials: aluminum, brass, copper, steel, stainless, sheet metal, etcetera. It features an AC inverter drive for controlling band speeds, and dynamic brakes that quickly stop the drive wheel after shutdown. It has a hydraulic table with a max stroke of 305 mm; the distance between blade and column is 915 mm; max work height is 305 mm.
DoALL’s vertical band saws line also features the 3612-VH contour sawing machine, which can make sawing, filing, and polishing a breeze with the following materials: aluminum, brass, copper, steel, stainless, sheet metal, etcetera. The company also sells the 2013-V3 vertical band saw, for all-purpose metal cutting capabilities. It is handily adjusted between first and second gears, and is set up with a table that can tilt in either direction. The distance between the blade and the column is 508 mm, and the max work height is 330 mm.
Another popular model is the DoAll 2012-D12, a reasonably priced diamond band saw for friable material cuts. It is built to handle up to 27 mm grit-edged saw bands, and has a 508 mm throat with a 305 mm work height, for great versatility in materials sizes. Its uncomplicated design features a readily accessible coolant reservoir and pump, with operator-controlled features like band speed and feed rate, from an easy control panel.
The V-500 DoALL vertical band saws is a small, innovative all-purpose metal cutting machine, with an inverter drive that adjusts band speed between 40 and 610 m/min, with no gear changes. It features a fixed steel table; the distance between blade and column is 500 mm, with a maximum work height of 330 mm.
DoALL also manufactures band saw machines, general-purpose cut off saws, production power saws, dual column saws, tilt frame band saws, and vertical contour band saws; plus all kinds of blades and fluids.
