Many people find that their back pain comes in different areas—the lower back, hips, or even in the legs from their sciatic nerve. It’s not quite as common to have pain occur in the upper back—but it doesn’t mean that finding upper back relief from pain should be impossible, either.

Here at Healthy Back, we provide you with a number of different options available to you to limit the pain that you have from the upper back—and hopefully make it disappear. Surgery is something no one wants, and luckily, it’s not always necessary, certainly not as a first option.

Looking at the options for relief from upper back pain, you’ll find that there are exercise regimens, as well as advice that involve massage, or even foam-filled lounge shapes, to name a few.

Consider both the Airobic Ball Strengthening and Airobic Ball Stretching Books. Using a simple ball that is basically an oversized beach-ball, you will learn to work your upper back muscles properly. Take out the knots you may have by stretching your sore muscles and strengthen the weaker ones as well.

These two books will enable you to give your body a chance to learn how to increase muscle mass and strength, and improve balance, posture and coordination. With a variety of different exercises in each book, you won’t always have the same tiresome workout each day.

Other items are available for you to pick up at Healthy Back can provide that upper back relief that you are looking for. Many of our customers do a lot of travelling, including by car—and the need for relief while doing so is an absolute must.

Massage is one of the things that many people find useful in relieving their pain in the upper back, but how they get their massage will vary. Sure, it’s great to get it from a masseuse, but if you can get it without the revolving expense or having to bother someone, why not?

Check out the Homedics Therapist Select Shiatsu Massager with Heat. Any traveller will be pleased with the comfort it provides With the ability to work out some of the roughest, tightest knots while you’re sitting in the car, this massager is definitely worth the time to look at—and to try out!

When it’s time to crawl into bed, you don’t always want to go straight to sleep. Many people want to sit up and watch television or read. There is a solution to giving you upper back pain relief, by allowing those upper back muscles to relax while you do so. Take advantage of the BedLounge. Far better than ever having to stick a whole bunch of pillows behind you, you’ll find that this unique device will allow you to sit, read and even watch TV. All the while, your back relaxes and doesn’t bunch up!
