A lot of women who have been married for more than 5 years look 5-10 years older than their real age. - When you wake up, begin it with a smile and with a positive perspective.
- Meditate and silently unload your burden through an earnest prayer.
Indulge yourself and feel beautiful inside out and people around you will notice it.
