Great leaders are rare. Most of the leaders are revered while they're in power. Folks gather around leaders not because they admire them however as a result of they want to take advantage of the position of the leaders. Mark Brouwer said,
"A person is only a pacesetter when an acquaintance stands beside him."
Hence everybody who plans to be a leader is aware of the importance of followers without whom he has no existence. The followers are well tuned in to their importance simply just like the voters understand the importance of their votes when the elect a frontrunner for his or her country. Hence most followers do not return after leader as a result of they respect them or they admire them but as a result of they use the leader to induce their work done. Hence most individuals appear to be saying to them like Benjamin Disraeli, "I must follow the people. Am I not their leader?"
Most such followers ditch their leaders whilst they get a better leader who will be more helpful to them. The true follower is one who is attracted towards the leader not for his selfish motive however as a result of of his admiration of the leader. They join the leader because they want to help the leader in realization of the vision of the leader that is truly the vision of God. They trust their leader and they need deep faith in their leadership. They believe that the leader isn't doing anything for his own but for the sake of humanity. A sensible leader to not be perceived as greedy for power or wealth, but one who is not after material and sensual pleasures of life.

The current of great leader is felt not in the mind of the followers but in the heart of the followers. God is taken into account to be religious as He's gift in everything and everything is gift in Him. While, several idols of God have been made, yet none represents Him. It is wrong to decision God even "He" since God has no gender. He's beyond any definition and beyond the thoughts of human mind. It is for that reason that God is called Religious since no material reality can represent Him.
A sensible leader must be non secular or alternative-worldly. He should live for the values which are exalted and associated with God. He should be perceived as sensible, selfless, simply, and full of affection and compassion. Like God, even if he kills a man, it should be only to meet the top of the justice and not to satisfy his personal ego. Vince Lombardi has rightly said,
"Leadership is predicated on a spiritual quality; the ability to inspire, the power to inspire others to follow."
A pacesetter must not display any personal attributes and he should be perceived as the man for the masses. He lives not for the self except for the people. Only a non secular leader will attract the followers who will work selflessly for the leader and offer their lives for his or her leaders.
Life could be a mystery which can not be explained either by science or by scriptures. Truth encompasses a body and a soul that we have a tendency to call science and religion. Contrary to standard perception, they are not opposed to every different but complement every different like body and soul. After all, they can not exist while not each other.
