Just to counter this phenomenon has in fact been prepared and approved in the spring of 2009, the decree-law plan home. Because of insecurity and the difficulty in finding a job, however, the young people can have difficulty in finding that the autonomy of a certain age is required to maintain the proper balance family and fostering the autonomy of young people. But not limited to, the house can become a good alternative in case the arrival of a child in need or welcome in the home of an elderly person or a relative in need of care.
Thanks to the housing plan, however, you can find alternatives that, if they are not like an independent house, we are very close. This law allows it to expand the family home 10 to 20% enabling you to obtain independent housing on one side of the family house. This law in particular is aimed at four distinct types of intervention that take into account each type of home a particular distinguishing characteristics, and dividing them into specific categories each of which specific norms.
The first type is that which refers to the building rehabilitation and reuse of abandoned and underutilized volumes. E 'is true of the garage adjoining the house that if properly restored and recyclable spaces can become useful even for a child on the way or to place objects and cabinets that would otherwise elsewhere in the house would occupy too much space and the size of normal routine family.

The second type of intervention is expected that referring to the actual extension of up to 20% of the total volume of one-and two-family residential buildings but also of three-family buildings that have a volume exists but not more than 1000 cubic meters.
The third type of intervention is that concerning the demolition and reconstruction of residential and productive with a bonus of up to 30% volume increase to 35% in the presence of sufficient green space around the house or an allocation in trees and vegetation to stem covering at least 25% of the lot on which stands the house.
The fourth type of intervention is that which applies in particular neighborhoods in public housing, then the properties that are given to families in need by the public after an assessment of income and family circumstances.
Obviously there are many peculiarities to be taken into account when we look at the idea of being able to expand their residential building. The important thing is to always lean to appropriate agencies for this purpose that can assess the best conditions and areas suitable for the application of those rules which, one year after the entry into force has not been very successful in terms of requests and project proposal.
