o 24 % said they might be lured back by a lot of cash, and 11 p.c by larger flexibility.
Keeping Women in Firms
Consultants say company America isn't doing enough to keep girls from walking out the door. Corporations need to concentrate on providing flexibility, also continuing challenges and opportunities for private growth, to retain ladies whom they read as high-potential or who are already significant contributors, says Catalyst.
