Recently, i walked into my favorite restaurant and the Front office Executive says,"Hey, dear it looks like you lost some weight."
A friend of mine standing next to me sees me and replies,"Yea she has been on the biggest loser Australia diet."
"Yea, really", says, the executive, "what is that?"
"Well", "a program to loose and maintain weight in the way you want."

The Executive looks puzzled, "and what really you do in that and what you guys eat?"
Both of us sighs, "Oh","mostly fried lamb."

It is really tough to loose weight and keep your weight loss journey on the track, you need to be dedicated and motivated. Below, i have listed few ideas that can help anyone who has set a weight loss goal for himself or herself.

Food Plan- It should be a "Healthy, Low-Fat, Low Calorie, Low Carbohydrate Meal Plans." You should not only understand but look at food in a different way.
