X-Men Origins - Wolverine (2009)
I visited see this film with my wife and brother, we tend to all enjoyed it. Years ago, I used to collect comic books, thus I'm familar with this character and the other X-Men characters. I do believe that Hugh Jackman was born to play Wolverine. It is just like the comic book character jumps out off the page and onto the large screen. I thought the last X-Men movie "X-Men: The Last Stand" didn't finish likewise because it might have. (though they left area for one more) It's maybe unclear if another film is in the works, I apprehend a lot of fans of the series have been wanting another film. I didn't like how Jean Grey played by the beautiful Famke Janssen was place on screen, you must perceive the character needed more special effects done to her...for the later character she becomes. I do not need to present too much away incase you were wondering. But I'm refering to "X-Men: The Last Stand film."
The whole series of the X-Men have numerous characters, and its terribly tough to translate some things onto the massive screen. I needed to see the character Jubilee for instance who never really showed up within the films. And also the character Wolverine kind of appearance out for her. If you have ever read the comic books or seen the cartoon series you would understand. I appreciated the show of notable characters like Nightcrawler who appeared in the film "X2 (2003)" the sequel of the series. Nightcrawler the character first debuted in Giant Sized X-Men issue 1 (May 1975) he was and still could be a fan favorite.
There is another character that's linked to him in the story - who is additionally within the X-Men series of films. But, I won't give something else away to ruin the surprise for others. Back to the X-Men Origins Wolverine film, I very enjoyed it and the whole way it was done, Wolverine is a very fascinating character, and he is a lot of older as a result of of the mutant regenerative powers he has. Hugh Jackman provides this character such life it jogs my memory of Val Kilmer taking part in Jim Morrison in Oliver Stones "The Doors" (1991) film. It had been a perfect performance.The trend and portrayal that Jackman shows with Wolverine is incredible.

This film is a prequel to where the character Wolverine shows up in the primary of the X-Men movies: "X-Men (2000)". (who at first I didn't think match the role however did a ok job at it). I think additional spin-off movies would be nice for the series and also the fans, there will continually be room on the silver screen for the solid of the X-Men.
