1. Find a quiet place

3. Stand 20 inches faraway from it.
4. Think about the dot.
5. Then Breathe in deep and breath out.
6. Feel that when you are breathing you breathe is actually returning from the dot and that the dot is also respiration in, obtaining its breathe from you.
7. Feel there are 2 persons. You and also the dot.
