I am not much long way from my teen years. It is just four years that have passed. Not Long!!! Jokes apart. I used to ask myself hundreds of time in a day, standing in front of the mirror: "I’m too thin or growing fat," "I'm too tall," and "why is my stomach is looking despaired?" I spent hours in front of the mirror cataloging my flaws. If i was not satisfied or if I have missed any, my friends and older sister were kind enough to help me out in my confusion.
To tell you the truth, i was really plumpy. I always wanted to FIT IN. Checking out a lot many websites,reading reviews of other teens, does not serve the purpose to me.I spent hours in front of the mirror cataloging my flaws. If i was not satisfied or if I have missed any, my friends and older sister were kind enough to help me out in my confusion. Finally, had a chance to meet my cousin who suggested me to research for biggest loser weight loss program. On his advice, i sat down to research about it. After landing at their online resource and reading few lines, the first question that arose in my mind was, “Do i really need to loose weight?”

From there i came to know about BMI(Body Mass Index). BMI tells us the value that decides whether we are obese or not. The calculation is done on the basis of your body weight. If it is 28 or more than 28 ,you are over- weight or obese and you need to be worried for your body and health. It is right time to start to device a health and fitness plan for yourself. I was shocked to see mine – It read 30. I checked 30 times to absorb this. The very next thing i did was to check for the online weight loss advice and help by them.
