Anger Management - It's Not All Your Fault!

This could return as a surprise to you however the anger you feel, whether slight or extreme isn't all of your fault. It is not that it's being caused by somebody or one thing else and it's not one thing that's break free you but it's something that happens at intervals you that's not essentially under your control, that causes the 'anger emotions' you feel.
In the late eighties a Doctor by the name of Roger Callaghan made a probability discovery while treating a girls named Mary for her fear of water. He had been working together with her for over a year together with a stomachache ailment that went along along with her fear. He had been finding out acupuncture and knew that the spot for the relief from a stomachache was a point below the eye. Having no needles he set to use his fingers to faucet straight away so mimicking the use of needle. To his amazement, once he tapped on now only some times Mary cried out for him to stop and told him she was cured. "Cured of what?" he asked surprisingly.
"Once you were tapping on me I was brooding about my fear of water and now it's gone" she said and with that she ran downstairs to the pool that was at the rear of the property and enthusiastically began splashing water into her face.
Mary went on to become, of all things, a life guard and Dr Callaghan went on to develop this discovery into what is referred to as TFT. Gary Craig, a Stanford engineer studied under Dr Callaghan and more developed this discovery into what is known nowadays as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

EFT is based on the subsequent discovery statement...
"The reason for ALL negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system".
Relating this to Mary's case we have a tendency to will see that the phobia (negative emotion) was caused by an intermission in her energy system and when Dr Callaghan tapped on the stomach meridian her energy system was balanced. Once her energy system was balanced (no disruption) her concern of water disappeared, permanently! What 'triggered' the disruption is unclear (rumor has it she suffered a close to drowning as a child) however it absolutely was the disruption to her energy system that caused the concern not the opposite approach around.
The reason for ALL negative emotions (as well as anger) may be a disruption in the body's energy system therefore 'the anger' we tend to feel is caused by a pause in our body's energy system. And, as with Mary's case, by balancing the energy system with EFT, the anger can diminish, usually utterly and permanently for that issue.
The solution lays so in finding what triggers the disruption in the body's energy system NOT what triggers the anger. Once the trigger is addressed with EFT and therefore the body is balanced the Anger has no a lot of intensity and you're free of that negative emotion (for that issue).
The "triggers" are the key not the circumstance to the reason for anger and in several cases people that suffer from Anger in any degree are utterly oblivious to the "triggers" that set them off. It could be that a particular event "triggers" the disruption however it does not trigger the anger, the disruption will that.
It's been found that as key triggers are treated with EFT someone's ability to manage anger, no matter what the difficulty, is greatly enhanced, and it is why it's called "Emotional Freedom Technique".
