The name given by the Rugby Union scandal which occurred on 12 April 2009 in the course of the quarter final of a Heineken Cup between the English team Harlequins together with the Irish side Leinster.
It was during this match that Harlequins wing Tom Williams came over field along with blood pouring for the his mouth. It became apparent that this supposed injury was in reality faked, the blood being caused on the use of blood capsules. It appears this had been done in order to make any vital substitution.

Harlequins winger Tom Williams was questioned during the hearing by Mary O’Rourke, who had been representing Wendy Chapman. O’Rourke made the claim that Dr Chapman had been in actual fact any victim of Mr. Williams’ actions because he dragged her into the dishonest plot. Mr. Williams admitted this was a fair assessment.
However the GMC highlighted Wendy Chapman’s dishonest behaviour in relation relating to the fact she had previously not mentioned the lip cutting incident whilst being questioned around the ERC. The panel acknowledged that her actions gave her profession your personal negative image.
Yet, the Chairman in the panel Brian Alderman recognized that before the incident she had been suffering from severe depression. It was also discovered that she was awaiting the results of tests for breast cancer, in addition to some recovering among the cancer surgery. He went on to say that had it not been for her specialized state of mind she would not have acted around the way that she did.
Furthermore, the panel proclaimed that she had been not your own personal risk in the public, or her patients. He noted that “The panel accepts that there's a public interest in retaining the services of any good doctor”.
