Using Positive Self Speak to Overcome Concern of Public Speaking
Positive Self Talk could be a conscious effort of using one's mind to switch negative thoughts and beliefs with positive thoughts and beliefs, thereby using one's mind to influence one's performances positively.
Positive Self Talk could be a tool that could be used by anyone to help him in achieving his needs and goals and so may be a key to any smart performances, as well as Public Speaking.
The best obstacle to any aspiring Public Speaker is fear. This fear varies from one person to the opposite and therefore the symptoms embrace sweating, shaking nervously, stuttering and sometimes in extreme cases, fainting out of the innate concern of being the center of attention. These situations are results of Negative Self Talk.
